You'll be a perfect fit if you have:

  • Experience as a housing layout designer, with a flair for both modern and traditional styles.
  • 3D freehand drawing skills to bring layouts to life.
  • In-depth knowledge of UK building regulations and planning standards.
  • A passion for collaboration – you'll work closely with our multi-disciplinary teams including large planning, masterplanning and landscape teams.
  • The ability to manage projects of all sizes, meeting deadlines and budgets.
  • A keen eye for detail and strong communication skills.
  • Business development drive – you'll help showcase our integrated design services to clients.
