About the Opportunity:
You'll work on exciting projects ranging from large-scale residential and mixed-use developments to energy, commercial, education, and industrial sites. Your work will cover the entire project life cycle, from Development Plan promotion and planning applications to appeals.

What You'll Bring:
To excel in this role, you'll be:
- MRTPI qualified.
- Possess strong knowledge of current Scottish planning legislation, ideally with experience in residential and energy developments.
- Experienced in delivering a wide range of planning applications, appeals, and inquiries.
- A collaborative team player, adept at working effectively with colleagues, clients, contacts, and community stakeholders.
- Equipped with excellent technical Planning skills.
- Proven in shaping, directing, and delivering medium to large-scale projects.
Your Key Responsibilities:
As part of our team, you'll be instrumental in:
- Promoting medium to large-scale residential, mixed-use, energy, industrial, education, and other developments (both brownfield and greenfield) through the Local Development Plan process.
- Coordinating subsequent planning applications and appeals.
- Coordinating project teams and managing projects effectively.
- Conducting feasibility and site appraisals for our diverse client base.
- Preparing planning and Statements of Community Engagement when required.
- Supporting the building and maintaining of strong client relationships.
